Parents are encouraged to fill in the forms and provide the supporting documents# to the Parish Office*. Applicants must be registered parishioners at English Martyrs Church Didcot or St John the Evangelist Church Wallingford. To register, please click here. (Printed copies of Parishioner Registration Form can also be obtained at our churches.)

This will be for both Churches of Wallingford and Didcot. We highly encourage parents to be part of this preparation. We insist on 100% active participation. 

The start date will be announced soon. The venue for the preparation sessions shall be at the English Martyrs Church Didcot. ​
