Parents are encouraged to fill in the forms in October 2024. Please provide the supporting documents together with your application form to the Parish Office. Applicants must be registered parishioners at English Martyrs Church Didcot or St John the Evangelist Church Wallingford. To become a registered parishioner, please complete the Parishioner Registration Form and submit completed form to the Parish Office. (Printed copies of Parishioner Registration Form can also be obtained at our churches.)

This will be for both churches of Wallingford and Didcot. We highly encourage parents to be part of this preparation. We insist on 100% active participation. 

The start date of 2025 First Holy Communion Classes is 23rd February 2025. The First Holy Communion will take place at English Martyrs Church Didcot on 22nd June 2025 during the Corpus Christi Solemnity, which will be celebrated during our Sunday mass at 9:00am by Fr Dominic. All the lessons will take place at English Martyrs Church Didcot. ​Parents should have received a letter of welcome and attended our first welcoming session on 23rd February 2025. If you have missed the application period in October 2024, please apply in October this year and join the 2026 First Holy Communion Classes.

Please submit a photocopy of your child's baptismal certificate with your application. Please do not submit original copies.
